Krzysztof is a business lawyer with extensive experience, in particular in the field of legal support for the IT industry. He specializes in contract law, personal data protection and AI law. He deals primarily with advising business clients on the implementation of legal requirements resulting from the GDPR, the AI Act and with preparation and verification of commercial contracts.
Since 2010, he has participated in the preparation of countless commercial contracts, represented clients before courts in payment and labor disputes. He has provided legal advice, in particular on personal data protection law and contract law.
