We - Paweł and Krzysztof - work together since 2010. In 2020 our cooperation has been formalized in the form of a general partnership.

Since the beginning we have been interested in the busines law. We have many years of experience in working on various types of contracts (also in English), on data protection law and labor law. For many years we have been working closely with our IT customers which allowed us to learn about the realia of the IT business and provide even better service to our Clients.

We engage personally in the cases entrusted to us, do not use the assistance of non-qualfied lawyers who are not attorneys at law. When working with us you can rest assured that you work with a legal partner in the person of attorney at law. A legal partner who understands your business.

Fee models

We always try to adjust the payments for our legal support to your needs.

We can offer you the following fee models:

• flat fee model - available in chosen projects, provides full predictability as to the amount of our remuneration;
• flat fee with limit of hours available - optimal solution in case of ongoing legal assistance, secures our availability to you in the agreed scope;
• hourly rate - allowing use of our support without any permanent financial commitment;
• mixed models - tailored to your needs.
