Paweł has been providing legal services to entrepreneurs for years, supporting IT customers in the area of broadly understood modern technology law and labor law.
He deals with the implementation of legal requirements resulting from the GDPR, advises in the area of broadly understood labor law (with particular emphasis on the aspect of employing foreigners and self-employed) and risks related to the mandate of a member of the management board of capital companies. Paweł has many years of practice in representing clients in court and out-of-court disputes.
